How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of £6.99 for next working day delivery

When will my order arrive?

Shipping to the UK: Orders placed before 5:30pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the next working day (between 8am and 8pm). Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday (between 8am and 8pm).

Please note some orders placed on Friday before 5:30pm may be delivered on Saturday

Shipping to Ireland: Orders placed before 12 midday Monday to Friday will arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will arrive by Thursday.

We are closed Bank Holidays, therefore this will affect your delivery.

Who will deliver my order?
Evri (UK deliveries) or DPD(Ireland deliveries).

Can I track my order?
Yes, Sam Edelman and the parcel carrier will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the carrier sites below:

Signature on delivery
A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when the parcel arrives your driver will automatically make three attempts to deliver your parcel - usually on consecutive days - before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions. If you have missed the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date.

Alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange delivery to a neighbour or safe place.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we currently ship to Ireland and will be expanding to other countries in the coming months.

Do you ship to the Channel Islands?
No, we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you charge VAT on shoes?
Yes, VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% for orders shipped to the UK and 23% for orders shipped to Ireland. VAT is included in our prices.


Our Extended Returns Policy

Gift with confidence - We understand it might take a little longer for you to return a product over the festive period. That’s why we are offering extended free returns through 31 January 2024.

To make it easy to find your perfect pair of Sam Edelman footwear, we offer FREE returns, excluding any amounts paid for shipping, for purchases made on our website only. Send your shoes back for any reason within 30 days using the simple steps below for a full product refund.

Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

How to make a return
At, every detail is important and nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises, return of merchandise, purchased from will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.  Only unworn items may be returned. Shoes must be in their original box.

1: Go to enter your order number (located on your delivery note and order confirmation email) and email address.

2: Select the item(s) you would like to return from the options available and don't forget to enter the reason(s) for return.

3: If you have a printer, select to print the label yourself. If you don’t have a printer, select Print in Store where you can scan your QR Code on your smart device. (Please ensure that you have your smart device with you when in store.)

4: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, secure with tape; and, if you printed a label yourself, stick the return label to the outside. If you have selected to Print in Store, the shopkeeper will advise how to create and print your label.

6: Please keep hold of your returns receipt should you need it for future reference. (The QR Code service is currently only available for UK mainland customers, excludes Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.)

  • Sam Edelman is not responsible for return shipping costs and/or parcels lost in transit if steps 1-5 above are not followed.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • We cannot process returns purchases made through other retailers.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your order back in our warehouse, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Where do I drop off my parcel for a return?

Can I exchange my item/s?
It is not possible to exchange any items you purchased from our online shop. Please return unwanted items for a refund and then place a new order if required.

Did you purchase from one of our authorised retailers?
If you purchased from a Sam Edelman authorised retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to their return policy.

Please be aware, if you purchase from a retailer who is not listed as authorised, the product may be counterfeit. These counterfeit products may not provide the high quality standards found in Sam Edelman products. We cannot guarantee the quality, fit or feel of counterfeit products.
